Flexibility and decent mileage reimbursement, if using your own vehicle.
Cons
Constant errors on paychecks, gaslighting, missing pto, questionable business practices, termination d/t management error without severance pay our compensation.

If I could give it negative stars, I would. You’d be hard pressed to find any employee at TLS (which used to be called Boulder GX) that could provide a single pro to working there.
Cons
Everything. Owners (Joe, Blake, and some other clown) are the epitome of absolute greed. They hired me to work for a state that was off limits to them (something they did not know) as their partner lab already had a rep there. That’s how much they know about their business. Revolving door of reps and sales leaders. They prefer 1099, but constantly fire their W2 reps in less than a year. I challenge you to find someone who’s been employed by them for at least a year. Such a person does not exist, at least not in sales. They have zero clue about the science behind their oncology offering. They’ll throw you out there with zero training and expect immediate results without understanding the competitive landscape of the liquid Bx and MRD markets.
