Cons

Leadership is heartless, mean and do not care about loyalty. They remove good middle management just because and then expect everyone else to do twice the amount of work with no clear guidance

Great Office, Great Team and partners here, was a really good experience work with passionate professionals

Leadership is all over the place, projects fails and been shut it down only because leadership didn't communicate each other and do not plan budget or risk

- No idea on what is the path for the IT team, you can be moved between projects at a weekly basis and will be held accountable for the lack of productivity - No clear path for growth, most of the know how lives in the head of legacy team members who have little to no time to share their knowledge nor to work in pair coding sessions - Old technologies and practices with no path towards modernization nor adoption of modern best practices - You will be blocked most than half of the time due to bureaucratic processes and you will be held accountable for the lack of productivity
