    I worked at Trane full-time

    Pros

Benefits are best around. Vacation, 401k cannot be matched by anyone.

    Cons

    Stuffy, conceited, pretentious work environment.

    Advice to Management

Do your jobs, quite blaming others for shortfalls. Nothing worse than a manager who cares more about hearing himself talk than caring about their employees.
