      Great company with fun activities but poor management in claims

      Great company overall, good pay, fun activities throughout the year.

      Cons

      Don’t apply for the claims department. Management doesn’t know how to manage and communication sucks. Seniority basically runs the day to the day operations. Things get dumped onto you last minute. Opinions, thoughts, recommendations, concerns, etc. are always dismissed.
