      - Good if you want to join as casual work for 2-3 months and you have no family.

      Cons

      - fales promisses, - No flexibility. If client is ok with WFH, come to Trideca office. - Very short term client contracts

      Pros

      This company is the most autonomous company i have ever worked for! No micromanagement and i feel like i am treated like a specialist - They actually ask my advice on mobile engineering, vs telling me what to do. The people are great, really friendly and despite the consulting reputation, the exec and managers really care about me as a person.

      Cons

      Sometimes they are so busy the processes can cause hindrance, but this is because its a small company without the resources of the big consultancies. If they scale properly it will be a great place with alot to give.
