I have been working at Trinity Biotech full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good Health Insurance. Close knit employees who often host luncheons etc. Overall friendly and professional. Willing to train the right people. Good place to gain experience and skills. Management is fairly open to suggestions and appreciates good, drama-free workers.

    Cons

Even considering the low cost of living in the area, the salary was laughably low. This is something everyone at the local branch is aware of and no one could do anything about. No raises. No room for advancement unless someone dies. High employee turnover making things difficult for the remaining employees. Its an ok job for the area if you live in a multi-income household, otherwise you will not be able to survive.

I worked at Trinity Biotech full-time

    Pros

-Co-workers are great to work with and most of them really care about doing a good job.
    -Decent pay with good benefits.

    Cons

-No vision at all with future products very little training.
-There's little support from management to help you succeed.
-Processes from start to finish when dealing with a customer take longer than expected.
-Commissions and territory numbers are months late.
-Not a lot of customers know who you are because there isn't any advertising or lead generation programs set in place.
-Huge disconnect between different departments and results in things being dropped that shouldn't be.

    Advice to Management

A lot of things needs to be changed and #1 is management needs to start caring and helping their teams because they don't. Be done with all of the negativity and punishing your teams for telling you the truth. Also, lead by example and be leaders/mentors in the field with your team.
