Pros

Some team members were nice, that was the highlight.

Cons

The CEO is extremely rigid and unwilling to take advice. The company may look fine from the outside, but internally the culture feels toxic, and staff don’t seem genuinely valued.

Pros

The company is filled with friendly, knowledgeable people, and there is genuine potential within the organization. To fully unlock that potential, stronger and more structured management would be beneficial. Just as an electrical circuit relies on proper connections to function smoothly, a well‑coordinated workforce depends on effective leadership.

Cons

The company’s product consistently falls short of the ambitious goals and expectations set by leadership. There is a noticeable revolving door, with a very high turnover rate across teams. Large-scale layoffs often occur immediately after major marketing pushes—right after employees are encouraged to participate and help boost the company’s public image. This pattern feels misleading and undermines trust.
