I was excited about going to work here based on my interview process and the projects that the company had completed. I learned after I was on full time that most of them were made up. The owner of company has a long history of embezzling from the company and sending money to family from his home country. There have been many lawsuits from former employees who were not paid performance bonuses as promised. Ultramatics ended up losing and paying out.

Lack of consistent vision. The vision changes weekly to try and hit the next big thing. Executives are micromanagers meaning if you don't do it the way they want it you will get to do it again, and again and again. They have no ability to let people accomplish things if it is not done exactly how they want it. They moved someone and his family, he sold his house and they had no intention of letting him be on the bench. Hired another technical guy and let him go in less than 6 months due to lack of business. It was by far the worst place I have ever worked. Everyone I know jumped ship or got laid off. I can't think of a place where everything me or my team worked on was a complete waste of time. So much time and money was wasted. They are broke, don't go there. DON'T GO THERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT.
