I have been working at Uni data full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Offered me the Job and said they would pay 22$ an hour. After a three week interview process.

    Cons

I hope this is isolated. You don't want entry level people running Prudential financials servers and Data center..

    Advice to Management

What professional organization runs like that. I really hope you treat your partners better. Integrity is so important in building relationships with companies..
