Users say... "Long working hours no work life balance" "Poor management not preparing for the deadlines and not being informed at all until the last minute.When last minute they ask you to work on weekends and holidays as a result of poor managent results." "Office space is currently limited" "Don't fall for 10 years of Unity Infotech Solutions.I don't know how this organization survived for 10 years with this attitude.They will make fake promises while releasing the offer.Once you join you will know what the real situation is.Gross policies will be enforced which wouldn't be even mentioned in the offer letter.I don't know how they are coming up with that.Communication gap is a serious issue and they won't do anything in that regard to change whatsoever.Politics at its peak I must say.I haven't seen this much politics in an IT industry.Guys it's evident at least try to cover up when you are involved in dirty politics.Nobody from upper management wants to be held accountable if anything goes wrong instead the blame would be on mid level and senior employees.Not to mention about the late salary credits, they will come up with fake reasons for that as well.In short don't join Unity Infotech Solutions.Its for the greater good."
