      Pros

      Friendly Project managers. Interesting work. Transparency to upper management.

      Cons

      No match 401k plan. Crappy investment options from Fidelity. High cost medical insurance. Company always positioning itself to sell. Uncertain future. Only 12 paid vacations. Unclear career growth opportunities.

      Pros

      I work with an amazing group of people, starting from the top all the way to the bottom. The culture here is exciting and fun. I can honestly say that I love coming to work every day. I have learned a lot since working here and continue to learn new things every day. The company is growing and evolving quickly, so there's a lot of room for growth and advancement if you want to seize it. I couldn't ask for a better place to work.

      I can't think of anything negative about V12 group.

      Pros

      One thing that stands out about V12 is the dedication to work. The employees want to be here. It's a very positive, relaxed, yet driven environment. The team I'm on is encouraging and helpful. Work-life balance is great.

      Cons

      What went from a 15-minute commute has extended to at least 30 minutes, by no fault of anyone except the town of Red Bank, due to construction. That's literally the only con I can find.
