    Salary was decent
    Bonuses were accessible
    Medical and dental benefits were good
    Good 401K

    Cons

    Long hours, no permanent schedule, no weekends off
    Hard to schedule vacation time and can only take one week at a time
    Vision insurance was a joke

    Advice to Management

    Show a little more appreciation to employees
    Listen to management ideas

    Pros

    Free food - restaurant managers are hard workers

    Cons

    Lack of respect - good old boys club environment between upper management - not open to new ideas - a lot of behind the back work going on

    Advice to Management

    Just because your ideas it worked 20 years ago does not mean those same ideas are working today - have an open mind and don't rest on your laurels

    Pros

    Very easy to get a flexible schedule. Pretty decent pay. Thorough training and easy to catch on to entry level jobs quickly.

    Cons

    Not much opportunity for advancement, unless you want to work long hard hours. It can be very stressful at times

    I feel like the management was more concerned with being friends with the employees rather than building better workers. and
