      Deceitful, Dishonest Company with No Regard for the Laws of Washington State

      VIS Group, Inc. fosters an unhealthy, hostile work environment. The CEO and owners conduct themselves unprofessionally, contributing to the harassment of employees, aggravating an already contentious environment. Furthermore, the company deceitfully takes money from several associations they manage and fraudulently distributes the money to multiple accounts in attempts to hide the fraudulent behavior.

      Hello, I am very shocked to hear about these issues. VIS Group has grown drastically since this review was posted, but even in 2018 we did not condone harassment or unlawful behaviors. Our leadership has always taken the approach to learn from their mistakes and grow, and we believe that the company will continue to improve as time goes on. Thank you.

      Dishonorable Dishonest Deceiving Untruthful Deceptive

      They take monies from homeowner association financial accounts without the knowledge of the association and after discovered try to justify it by stating there is nothing in the contract for services they have with an association that says they cannot. Many of the employees attempt to cover this fact from the affected associations in a bid to gain favor with the owner. Read their reviews

      Whatever doesn’t kill you makes you stronger

      Cons

      No concern for the workload of employees. They just heap on more and more and wonder why they can’t keep anyone for long. Turnover is excessive. Toxic work culture from upper management.
