      Pros

      Very Supportive HR staff - any time they render help and support to all queries. Thanks Pushpa, Vimal and Rakesh Sharma(Finance). Shiva helped me initially as part of onboarding process. I have completed almost 14 months and never felt that I am working for a small company / consultancy. When I keep request to HR/Finance, It can be solved in a same day or next day maximum. thanks a lot for great support.

      None that I can think of

      Cons

      This company needs to review how they recruit contractors. Their Right to Represent does not have enough information to ensure only that one position is the only one covered by the R2R. Also, they offered the same contracted position for $50,000 less than one of their competitors. If they value their workforce, they should not take advantage of them and treat them as they would want to be treated themselves.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunity to grow as in individual. Caring company culture with good peer to peer interactions. VARITE allows for individuals to get out of it what they put in. If you’re willing to put in the work they reward you very well as well as give you opportunities to move up the ladder and become a leader.

      Cons

      VARITE could have a more modernized training process.
