I worked at Vensoft full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

the company helps you obtain an H1 visa if you pass the training and work for them for 5 years. They provide lodging during the training period

    Cons

Training is self taught with little support from local trainers.Training takes 12 hours a day and can take between 3 to 6 months, during which time the company only covers basic living costs. The contract will tie you to Vensoft for 5 years no matter what. Your services will be sold to different companies located anywhere in the US during the 5 year contract so be ready to move a lot

    Advice to Management

improve the training system and get your local trainers much more involved in the process. 12-hour day training sessions is not healthy for anyone

    Pros

If you are willing to join an IT consulting firm where there is no pay on bench than it is ok to join.

    Cons

No Pay on bench, not flexible with the rates, No proper training, No carreer management, employer does not take any risk of hiring you only they want to make money out of you, No benifits you have to pay from your pocket for medical insurance.

    Advice to Management

Take care of your employees by paying something during the bench time and providing proper health benifits to your employees.

    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Vensoft full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

1- Creative independence in terms you are your own boss within protocols
2- Flexibility in terms timings, and specially for women
3- Learning while doing which is a rare element in current corporates
4- Constant motivation from seniors in Hyderabad and from US which is both critique as well as appreciation, both are needed to perform well
5- Focus on physical fitness too with daily badminton options for all employees
6- Yearly trips with families, which by the way is a great way to let our personal and professional families connect

    Cons

While i have been extremely satisfied with my employer of past 10 months now, i feel some more training sessions from senior writers who are successful can help in inspiring. More ways to connect with other successful writers from across corporate's, to share insights can be an added advantage.

    Advice to Management

Thank you! i appreciate all your support and encouragement.
