      Pros

      Snacks and subpar lunches provided every few weeks i guess? If you have zero experience a okay way to get exposed to various environments.

      The owner remembers you by your ethnicity, The management is a joke, remembering the minor mistakes you make and does not mention your accomplishments. Lack of company growth and no direction for growth within the company. They will bring you on and leave you in the position you are in or dangle the possibility of promotion over your head with never doing anything. Management is the reason clients are leaving and the technicians get the blame Low pay, Toxic work environment for the IT team
