Work from home was a real benefit. All computer equipment and support was provided.

Cons

It is a very difficult and time-consuming occupation. I am not sure any non-captioner can fully appreciate the weight of the expectations for performance.

Cons

Work is rapidly becoming harder to secure since original company purchased and absorbed by Verbit/Vitac. No communication from company. Very impersonal. It is an AI company, but human skills remain necessary, at least for now.
