      Poor training in toxic environment

      Pros

      Bonus, half day Friday's, nice facility & break room. Most staff are approachable.

      Cons

      Too little training. Suppressive. Temperamental, sink or swim. Lacks Hierarchy- too many hands in the pot. Toxic working environment.

      Pros

      Half-day Friday during the summer (but don't get too excited you still have to work 40+ hours).

      Cons

      This might work for you if you don't have a partner or kids or family or friends. Expect to work 50+ hours and don't get recognized for any of it as it is expected. It's the Vestar way. This is a white male dominated company, no diversity or women in leadership whatsoever. Terrible benefits, no perks, although they try to sell on them. All they care about is profit and they treat their employees like they are indispensable and tradeable.

      Unfortunate

      Pros

      Location and potential for income growth. The general population of office personnel are good people. I learned a lot about business and the world of commercial space leasing.

      Cons

      It's an all-male, misogynistic environment. Well, that's is, depending on what you look like. I am male, but saw they way they look at women and treat women, especially at the executive level.
