      Pros

      Can learn a lot about many different roles in a sort period of time Benefits are pretty good

      Cons

      HR team is in upper management's pocket The company is failing because upper management doesn't know how to run a company. No room for advancement You will do many different roles but you will not be asked you will be told to do it without title change or an increase Pay is poor Raises are poor or nonexistent Everyday your hair is on fire and something must get done NOW there is no forethought for anything. ViewSonic won't be around much longer with the way things are running

      This company is headed out of business. A status they have worked hard to earn.

      Pros

      There is a concerted effort in management to mislead the owner who lives overseas regarding a number of key problems they are unwilling to resolve. The pro is he is still buying the misrepresentations they are providing him. The con is once he wises up the company will be dissolved and parted out for scrap.

      Cons

      The management team (Director to CEO) is the worst in the industry. Terrible self-serving decisions and unethical force outs of employees who threaten the old guard left the company losing 80% of its volume in a few short years careening towards insolvency.

      Pros

      The people you interact with on a daily basis (except senior management and HR). They are what keeps me sane.

      Cons

      No room for growth Does NOT promote from within Pay is below industry standard Raises are slim to none HR caters to senior management and does not care about the employees Senior management are hypocrites There are always cut backs
