I worked in reservations. the company has been shrinking. years ago we had a lot of reservationists but now we're small. I also heard the moved the entire check-in office (used to be in Kissimmee near Animal Kingdom) into the main office. not a good sign.
be prepared for high school level backstabbing. one of the owners plays favorites and allows one of the reservationists to pick her calls (so she gets bonus) and picks her schedule so again she can get the best shifts. the new folks have to deal with whatever scraps she leaves. with a small company there's very little growth opportunity.
