    Pros

    Great paternalistic company wrestling with the pressures of online competition and decline of physical book and music sales.

    Cons

    Stores are a mess these days and everything is about cost cutting, so only join them if you are not in it for the money.

    Advice to Management

    Keep going to change business and develop travel retail brands.

    Nice colleagues. Decent first job to do part-time alongside A-levels and now university.

    Low contracted hours, lots of overtime. Constantly short-staffed.
