Pros

Opportunity to take on more responsibilities than would normally be given to a recent college grad.

Cons

A lot of pressure that should not be put on employees, unrealistic goals, deadlines and expectations.

Pros

Great company, culture and work environment.

Cons

Fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Things moved so fast it was challenging to keep up.

Pros

Great for entry level/recent college grads looking to learn more about web design/web copy/SEO basics. Opportunity to offer up your opinions on improving efficiency/productivity as young company grows. Excellent side-by-side training from senior employees. Opportunities for participating in special projects as the company expands.

Cons

Not where a creative minded individual wants to be. What little recognition is received is based almost completely upon how much you have produced and will produce in the future. Few opportunities to display creative/innovative ideas/talents. Long hours, low pay.
