    Pros

Very good team and people. Pay and benefits are good. Lot of room for growth. Trying to provide more team outing events.

    Cons

Manual processes which need improvement. Upper management needs to stick with a certain direction and not change their minds in different meetings.

    Advice to Management

I worked at Webasto full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

This company was a pleasure to work for. They always tried to help the best they could if family matter came up. They are also more then happy to help with overtime as long as the company had the work to give.

    Cons

The only con I had with the company was that if you get hired in you have to work the second shift, no exceptions. I unfortunately was not able to do this due to personal reasons so it caused this to be a dead end job for me,

    Advice to Management

Allow people to be hired in on the shift they currently work. It was very discouraging to have to walk away after the hard work I put in just because I couldn't work a shift I was not even hired to work.

    Politic, politics, politics and politics

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Global organization, so opportunities to transfer globally
    No shortage of work
Middle of the road compensation package
Claim to care for the colleagues and sometimes show this.

    Cons

Little room for advancement locally (US) due to "old boys" network.
Revolving door of top management (in the US) means constant change.
Top management based in Germany allows for only limited creativity elsewhere.

    Advice to Management

Hire talented colleagues then let them do their jobs without so much micro management
Stop believing, being the biggest means being the best. There is always room for learning and improvement.
