I have been working at Weiser Security full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I can not think of any. I would not recommend.

    Cons

I have been stuck on a post with no relief more times than I can count. The management does not care as long as they don't have to work. The pay rate is very low for the amount of work expected. Newest manager is very pushy. He gets mad if you ask questions. He acts like we are machines created just for him. Not impressed.

    Advice to Management

Treat the officers like people and not numbers

Stop and start over....get rid of your HR and start listening and caring about your employees at a branch level more.

I have been working at Weiser Security full-time

    Pros

None. This place does not care about its employees

    Cons

Everything. They can not even afford to supply proper uniforms to employees. They do not take care of their patrol units, as in making sure they are safe. They can not keep payroll correct and you have to fight them to get it corrected.

    Advice to Management

Nothing because they do not listen.
