      Take the Job if you need experience, then move companies for a better pay.

      Pros

      If you need experience take the job, then move to another company. You'll make more hourly somewhere else, they lead you to believe with commissions there unmatched however you'll quickly see your worth.

      Cons

      HR is a nightmare I think she's outsourced; she takes forever to respond back and seems to have no idea of what she is doing. This may be because, she also runs other HR company portfolios on the side which is probably the reason.

      Yearly payouts IF you qualify Okay place to get a foot in the door if property management is what you want to do.

      Cons

      Qualification is decided on popularity not actual numbers. Company does not pay PPU after you leave, even to those who, per their own qualifications should receive checks. Managers rule and have no rules
