Pros

The people doing the day to day work are amazing, consultants are some of the brightest people you'll meet, and customers truly appreciate the quality of work delivered

Cons

Executive Management seems to not think before making decisions. Constant change since end of 2022 has made the place a mere shadow of what it was.

Great potential getting dimmer with every decision and change that leadership makes

Pros

You get to work with excellent consultants, and great colleagues - the people are what makes up the culture. Good pay, excellent benefits (health, WFH, wellbeing, etc.) They know how to take care of employees.

Cons

Literally 3 - 5 "organization restructures" throughout past 2 years. Led to high turnover rates in consultants, and sales team. UK/Helsenki leadership have no idea what works in the US market, thus unable to have a profitable revenue the past 2 years. No clear idea on what the team is suppose to sell, leading to choatic structure and poor management from existing teams.
