Remote first Leadership focuses on outcomes rather than micro managing activities Competitive pay where everyone has a bonus Bonuses paid based on results and performance reviews Interdisciplinary focus on accounting a F,P&A allows specialization and deeper focus to build skills Great leaders that appreciate your hard work

Cons

Remote culture can mean you don’t get together often with your peers We just git bought by ADP but so far this seems to be creating more opportunities

They should implement a rule for basis pay for partners companies as their partner companies are from Pakistan and India where the basic pay is very minimum
