Great benefits package including lots of paid sick days.

Cons

Senior management is very unreasonable with their expectations and doesn't listen to what the managers and staff have to say regardless we are front line and understand clients better than them since they have no client interaction. Also, expectation for a lot of overtime hours without any compensation or consideration.
