Staff that sticks together good benefits
Cons
DON needs to be replaced as he has no respect for the staff on any level. He rules with a heavy hand and believes because he is a position of power that he should be revered. There is never enough staff for patient safety. The whole upper management needs to be revamped.

Get it together
Jun 11, 2017 - Anonymous Employee in Rockledge, FLRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Senior Leadership Team is relatively new to Wuesthoff. New ownership by Steward took effect May 1, 2017. While status-quo is in effect for the remainder of 2017, things "sound" promising for 2018. Cautiously optimistic as only time will tell...
Cons
This health system has been bought and sold three times in the last 6-7 years. Riddled with the turnover of long-time employees, morale is low and equipment is aging. Consistently being tasked to do more with less, in terms of time and tools, is creating a defeatist-type environment. One does not get the satisfaction of being productive as there are always fires to put out and working in emergency mode.
