      Pros

      Casual atmosphere, no formals/cubicles/bosses. Since it is a product based company you will be knowing the end to end development of the product, and there are people here to motivate you to learn different technologies without restricting yourself with one technology.

      Cons

      Managing your work in the office time is little harder you have to spend little extra time to learn new things and implement in the projects.
