They provide WFH facility nothing else is pros over there, HRs are good and friendly but not always.

Cons

Everything is coms over there people are judgemental no proper washroom facility, even a senior thinks they are the TL and act as if the entire company is there's such a worst environment to work only those who can catch bukget can work over there others who are not willing to catch bukget will be made to resign voluntarily so much of pressure they put on the new employees.
