      Many clients to work for within the company. Company based in Germany and working internationally.

      On-call rotation, difficult to sync time with colleagues sometimes due to different hours around the world.

      Salary. Some colleagues in design department and head of design department. Management of diva-e Munich. Not good office. Not enough work space and in cafeteria. Too many smokers.
