      Great remote work culture but challenging commission structure

      Remote work Really cool coworkers

      Success here is extremely territory dependent. If your territory is anywhere on the western half of the US, you are fighting an uphill battle between absolutely no brand recognition, and local MSPs who are much more established. The commission structure here is laughably bad. Don't expect to hit anywhere near the stated OTE. Benefits here are just as laughably bad. I've never seen health insurance have such bad coverage while still having such a high premium.

      “Unlimited PTO” that’s actually MASSIVELY watched under a microscope & remote work.

      Cons

      Pay is horribly below average. I had to negotiate my salary up and the annual salary increases are few and far between. They changed the bonus goals to make them unreachable so that nobody gets fully paid out. The insurance is HORRENDOUS. Zero opportunity for career growth.

      Unlimited PTO but be wary of actually using this

      Lengthy hiring process and salary well below market. Expectations for being billable do not allow for any flexibility. This often feels like solutions being presented and delivered are more forced than actual need. Also viewed by clients as doing work that is staff aug vs. strategic.
