      Parent Company's legacy i.e. spin off from BD and firm foundation.

      Cons

      Whitewashing of HR (99% of minorities working in US HR were let go). Lack of Diversity (current and in hiring). Nepotism (Cantel hires), Jobs are not posted, Ongoing Payroll Issues.

      Cons

      Lack of diversity in leadership and throughout the organization. This has a trickle down effect related to hiring, discipline and terminations. Inexperienced leaders are tasked with jobs that they are not qualified to perform, and also affects productivity and turnover.
