      Too much sales emphasis

      Pros

      The work is really easy, primarily because there’s never anyone in the store. I spend most of my time cleaning and organizing, which is honestly fun. But the pros end there.

      Cons

      Our AC has been broken for at LEAST two years, and it took my location’s store manager having a medical emergency for them to actually do anything about it. The store temperature has averaged 85 degrees for the last week. Corporate doesn’t care about our health or safety, they only care about sales.
