Steer clear - Chaotic environment with poor leadership and low retention
Pros
You get a steady paycheck.
Cons
There are a lot of reviews stating that the thing they appreciated was that the team mentality was not "this is how we've always done it." You're encouraged to share new ideas and teams are able to experiment and learn along the way. This is because no one, especially leadership, knows what the hell they're doing. This environment is chaos and growth is impossible because everything is reactive. Leadership has created a toxic environment and fosters compliance over intelligence and grit. They can't retain their best employees and it's offensive to think that you could institute actual change here. The benefits are sub-par compared to other companies in a similar industry. Id be surprised if this company is still in business in three years. Unless you just need the money, it's not worth it.
