Pros

You get a steady paycheck.

Cons

There are a lot of reviews stating that the thing they appreciated was that the team mentality was not "this is how we've always done it." You're encouraged to share new ideas and teams are able to experiment and learn along the way. This is because no one, especially leadership, knows what the hell they're doing. This environment is chaos and growth is impossible because everything is reactive. Leadership has created a toxic environment and fosters compliance over intelligence and grit. They can't retain their best employees and it's offensive to think that you could institute actual change here. The benefits are sub-par compared to other companies in a similar industry. Id be surprised if this company is still in business in three years. Unless you just need the money, it's not worth it.

Pros

The leadership team is engaged and genuinely cares about doing the right thing for employees. That doesn't mean every decision is perfect, but I've found leadership to be approachable, willing to listen and open to feedback more so than at other companies. One thing I've really appreciated here is that we're not attached to "this is how we've always done it." New ideas are welcome and teams are encouraged to experiment and learn along the way. I've also seen people earn opportunities because they're willing to step up, solve problems and put clients first. Recognition isn't tied to being the person who's been here the longest or knows the most. People who drive results and help clients succeed tend to get noticed.

Cons

Priorities can change, processes get adjusted, and not every answer is immediately clear. That can create some frustration, but I'd take that over working for a company that's resistant to change and content with being stagnant.

Pros

Remote work, great coworkers, generous PTO and benefits. New leadership is really making great movement here. They are driven and truly care about growing the organization and helping clients. They have to make really hard decisions about what is best for the company, and I believe they have the company's best interest at heart along with our clients. I really love how everyone on the executive leadership team has an open door policy. I truly feel like I can message any of them and I am not bothering anyone. I can openly ask questions to leaders without being scared to, which is a huge difference from my last org.

Cons

Any growing and evolving company comes with its own challenges. I come from a larger company with many resources, and smaller companies just don't have that, which is to be expected - but at times can make it harder to get things done.
