    Advice to Management

Listen to staff and allow flexibility in working hours. Communicate growth strategy and allow feedback. Business will not grow without full team on board. CEO needs to pull back to allow Leadership to make basic decisions.

    I worked at i2c full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

There are many employees that work hard as a team.

    Cons

The lack of communication between upper management and employees is to say the least terrible. Guessing at the job at hand makes it very difficult to do your job right and the criticism and accusations are extreme. If you are at the lower end in position, you are not respected.
If you want to come to an office that is more like a morgue, then this is the place for you.

    Advice to Management

Grow up, take responsibility and learn how to lead a team. Try to extend employee moral to ALL employees and value each and every position.

    I worked at i2c full-time

    Pros

    Small company and growing space

    Cons

Unrealistic expectations for business growth. High turnover. Implementation entirely out of Pakistan. Lies to clients and prevents deals based on personal opinions instead of good business strategy.

    Advice to Management

Card processing is a commodity. Stop acting like you are too cool to do business with.

    I worked at i2c full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

none. it is a horrible place

    Cons

You will notice that any positive reviews are from Lahore employees. There is a clear cultural difference between the Pakistan office and the US office. The US office is utterly toxic. The executive leaders work to undermine you. Basically, there is no cultural diversity in the company - US employees are white and treated poorly. There are no African American or Hispanice employees. But the Pakistan group is very happy because they have job security. This is a fact.

The company has a horrible reputation in the US and they have burned bridges with Visa and MasterCard in Europe as well.

The leaders micro manage everything and do not understand sales.
They do not understand why clients don't just sign their contracts. If a client asks for more than one demo the CEO will ban all demos because he is paranoid. Some contracts take more than a year to negotiate because they are micro managed.

They ask you to complete RFP's and then won't provide technical resources until the last minute. And then they refuse to answer all questions in the RFP (unlike your competitors). Then the CEO says "why are you failing?" Direct quote.

    Advice to Management

    top three employees should leave

    Cons

If you read any good article on how to demotivate employees, chances are each one of those behaviors is practiced here. Be ready to be micromanaged regardless of your track record and seniority

    I worked at i2c full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Some of the people that work there

    Cons

Stay away from this company. At first, the management team composed of mostly puppets to the manager will be nice and welcoming. You think the manager is super cool and the trainer super nice. Then, with time, you realize how back-stabbing and petty the can be. Everything is micro-managed to the core. The manager is a mid-level manager, hardly English/French-speaking person who has no control over the decision-making process so she tries to impose control over her team in Montreal. One of the supervisors is just a puppet to her who watches over everyone like a hungry dog just so he can be accepted. The list goes on and on. Working at i2c will break your spirit and suck away your soul. This is a place to work at while you get something better. After a while, you'll want to run away.

    Advice to Management

It all starts from the top. The Lahore office is obsessed with controlling every move of its clients and they hired the most un-prepared person who lacks leadership skills because she is the only one who takes their crap. A person with actual managerial skills would have ran away from this.
