This is a small company that thinks it's a big one. The CEO and President have huge egos that need fellating on a regular basis. Expect to work long hours without time in lieu or pay. Expect far below industry standard compensation and benefits. Meanwhile the owners drive high end Mercedes and live in multi-million dollar homes. This company might be a good first job if you're desperate, but get out as soon as you can. If you have any experience or solid education, you'll go insane in short order wondering why things are done there the way they are. You'll learn the wrong way of doing everything and the experience will be useless.

Frustrating environment. Constantly micro managed. This is not a good place to work. I am much happier now that I have left.
