Great people who work hard and have fun doing it.
Great product that is only getting better
Really smart leadership
You are treated like a family member vs. employee.
Cons
The merger of Supersonic into IronSource took longer then leadership expected.
Take the great culture and vibe of the Tel-Aviv office and try and export it to your other offices.
Advice to Management
Focus on the big prize, the product is getting better don’t get stuck on past success to grow the business..
Hire a marketing person in the US and EMEA offices to help support the teams.

I have been working at ironSource full-time (More than 3 years)
Pros
I've been working in ironSource for 4.5 years, and it's the first time in my career I kept in the same company for this long.
The company encourages professionalism, collaboration, innovation. The people I've worked with are all amazing at what they do and also great people to be around.
The company has grown a lot in the last few years, and it encourages employees to transfer between teams, products and roles which keeps it interesting and engaging.
There's lots of team building events and trips and the company invests a lot in that aspect. The atmosphere in the office is open, friendly and encourages collaboration.
Cons
Most of the R&D and account management teams are relatively young, and the company has little experience in accommodating parents. The intention is there, but there is little actual experience.
I have been working at ironSource full-time
Pros
Great work culture, they truly care about their employees and this is made evident in their countless work events and culture building excercises
Cons
A lot of management control in their HQ, leaves satellite offices feeling codependent.
Advice to Management
Management should promote projects outside of job description if said employee is truly interested in pursuing an unrelated job skill.

I have been working at ironSource full-time (Less than a year)
Pros
- Management is exceptionally competent and thoughtful of the product's needs as well as those of employees
- Employees are given a voice and feedback is considered seriously and sincerely
- Fair pay and generous bonus structure
- Solid work/life balance
- Wonderful company culture
- Catered food 3 days a week (but not used as a ploy to keep you in the office longer)
Cons
- Honestly nothing - there are certainly challenges, but nothing I'd consider a negative. Plus, if you're ever up against a wall, you have an incredibly supportive team (and management) there to help out.
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you're doing - you clearly invest in people as well as tech and R&D and I think it shows.
