Everything else. They aren't competitive with salary at all. Their main competitors, ProTech and All Covered, both pay way more and masterIT is aware of this. Benefits are pretty bad and expensive, the work environment is extremely toxic, most of the engineers don't really know what they're doing, leadership constantly makes decisions that don't make any sense and live in their own little bubble even though some core values are "Face Reality" and "Extreme Ownership" - both of which leadership completely ignore.
They like to say "you can have your own opinions but you can't have your own facts." which is ironic because they constantly ignore the facts and go with whatever they believe reality to be.
All in all, this is a great place to grab a lot of experience quickly and then springboard to a better job.
