I worked at mscripts full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Decent base salary and benefits.

    Cons

Culture driven by profits. Nobody loses, but nobody wins. Lack of honesty/integrity. Promise of strategic role, but you'll spend 99% of your time putting out fires. Job openings are all technical because of the lack of U.S.-based engineering resources. Positive reviews are only from India.

    Approves of CEO

I worked at mscripts full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Salary perks. Bonus. Time flexibility. Work life balance. Good place for freshmen.

    Cons

Only one project which is prototyped everyday. Doesn't need seniority for this. A fresher can handle too. Employee groupism is common. Few managers are terrible. No product knowledge and are namesake. Personal politics with each other's. Toolset is not used anywhere and people using this tool don't get job anywhere. Changing domain a lot on rotational basis, which won't help you learn anything in 6 months.

    Advice to Management

Given a chance an employee can rise or fail based on your decision. If you don't allow them to grow they will quit. Do not hire someone if you don't intend to keep them happy.

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at mscripts full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    1. Approachable management. You can drop by and say Hi! to them anytime during the work hours. 2. Flexible timing. 3. Young & encouraging team members. 4. Healthcare benefits. Overall a good place to work in terms of technological exposure.

    Cons

    1. No roadmap for technological upgrades from development point of view. 2. Lack of Experienced technical team members. 3. No team for taking technological decisions. Most of the time it is done by the management and the junior employees. 4. No in-house recreation facilities for employees. Limited team building activities. 5. Hectic work-life balance for few teams. I would say, there is a room for improvement.
