Pros

There are no pros about working there.

Cons

This company should be avoided at all costs. Get promised the world, get nothing in return. Do extra to help out with 0 thanks. Management/HR/Finance lie to your face and when you catch them out they deny it. If you end up in a disciplinary meeting the legal process is not filled at all your just sacked on the spot (happened to a few colleagues while I was employed) Will deduct money from your wages without any notice. If you question anything then you will be ostracised for it. One rule for office staff, another for staff in the field. People employed with 0 knowledge of the job and not trained correctly and staff expected to train them up plus get their over the top workload done aswell. CEO expects everyone to jump when asked. Staff have 0 work life balance.
