9yThank you for taking the time to provide feedback to our company. We are sorry that you have had a negative experience with proAV despite being with us 3 years. Rest assured we are using your feedback positively to improve the employee experience. We are investing in our employees constantly with 6 newcomers on 4th January 2017. We increased headcount last year by 12% . The HR Team is now 4 strong with a HR experience of 35 years collectively. As a team they welcome all comments to try and ensure best working environment. We absolutely have a zero tolerance to bullying within the working environment so please get in touch with your issues directly to us at hr@proav.com
We strive to improve on our employee experience and have introduced Perk box and employee of the month acknowledgement
