Hub staff was nice and pay was decent

Cons

Bad management, too many managers on overhead and not doing much to grow and diversify the business. There was a blatant show of favoritism shown to certain employees. Company didn't keep promises on compensation and management were not very straightforward regarding jobs and opportunities. The organization was very cliquey in its dealing with employees.

Horrific office environment. The executive team doesn’t care that the office is Mismanaged. They are all judgemental and only care about looks. Discriminatory behavior! It’s a joke.

Not really any pros to working for this company. The company I was working for 7 years was bought by prosource.it so if I wanted to keep my job I had to work for them.

Cons

Not a bad company but not a good one either, just kind of there ... a necessary evil to keep my contract job
