Pros

You'd be better off working at a Big 4 or the more established and well respected consulting firms.

Cons

Benefits are trash - literally Leadership are unorganized and careless Lack of due diligence when vetting projects - it's all about the money - they will over-promise and do just enough to deliver You are and will be only a number They are good at making things sound good but in the end they could care less about you as a person

Pros

Great front line management with clear focus on the right services to sell and clear understanding of appropriate sales metrics that make sense.

Cons

Executive leadership constantly changing focus and sales metrics and have never sold technology or technology services. Obsessed with Big Data and will not acknowledge the challenges of a boutique firm trying to sell Big Data.

Pros

- Not too big and not too small. A great place to work if you are a mid-career smart person who wants growth opportunities. - Surprisingly big clients doing very innovative work, great place to learn - Seems like the company grew really fast in its early days and is still struggling to implement best practices. So there is a lot of room to pick up initiatives and run with them. - Initiative and ownership are rewarded with more opportunities

Cons

- Challenges handling difficult clients who don't always understand agile approaches- Too much ambiguity in job roles as the corporate structure is still evolving - Moderate compensation package - Unrealistic goals are the norm and extreme ownership is expected
