When we announced our plans to join the launch of NYC Healthcare Heroes early in April, we had a big goal in mind: to supply at least 300,000 — and as many as 500,000 — food and household supply packages to healthcare staff in New York City, which was at the epicenter of the pandemic. And last week, with help from Lorenzo Food Group, the team was able to celebrate a significant milestone: 100,000 bags assembled and delivered. The Aramark teams working on the project were so excited, they made this celebration video. Take a look; it’ll make your day.
