Alex Flowers joined Array in May of 2022 as our Human Resources Business Partner, and is our Employee in the Spotlight for the month of January. In addition to supporting various departments and holding a key role in administrative recruitment efforts, he’ll be working to provide additional training and development opportunities. This soft-shell taco enthusiast enjoys everything from a day out on the slopes to staying in and watching a good movie. He shares his philosophy on mental health self-care by honoring boundaries around work/life balance.
A few employees and their families local to our HQ office gathered at Love Park in Philadelphia on Martin Luther King Jr. Day for a day of service, serving warm meals and smiles to the homeless population around JKFK Boulevard.
Since joining Array in January of 2019, Jaclyn “Jackie” Smith has grown into a tremendous leader, colleague, and source of wisdom for our Scheduled Care team. Beginning as a Program Coordinator, she demonstrated exceptional growth, grit, and curiosity in her near five years since that initial position, and now successfully owns her role as a Senior Partner Success Manager. She has always been one to take great pride, interest, and care in her day-to-day responsibilities; always striving to do her very best and deeply invests in not only ensuring our programs run well but that the clinics and patients we serve are at the forefront. We couldn’t be more pleased to announce our Employee in the Spotlight this month and invite you to help celebrate Jackie and all she does to support Array!
On Demand Care’s Dr. Mary Fahrmeier is our Featured Clinician for December! Known at Array as a “Shining Star”, Mary has been providing excellence in behavioral services to our hospital-based partners over her tenure these past few years and received the Distinguished Fellow Award during APA’s Annual Meeting last year in New Orleans. She has served as a chair on our Clinician Continuing Education Committee and encourages her peers to always ask questions and get involved, as there are many opportunities to grow and connect here at Array. She loves to exercise and practice meditation to support her own mental health. Please join us in recognizing all of Mary’s contributions to Array and to celebrate her this month!
We are excited to announce AtHome’s Nicole Sinclair as our Featured Clinician for the month of November! Patients shared that Nicole is ‘friendly, kind and professional’ and our AtHome Clinician Success Team shares that she is a true team player, goes above and beyond to work with the Care Navigation team and ensures that every consumer is prioritized. In addition to her work as an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist, Nicole co-chairs one of Array’s Affinity Groups, and is a huge advocate for embracing a love for life-long learning. With bachelor’s degrees in psychology, Human Development, and a master’s in clinical psychology, Nicole is truly an exceptional member of our team and we are excited to celebrate her and all that she does to support our mission and our values here at Array!

Using her data and math background, she has had such an impact on her role and helping the Quality team showcase its initiatives and meet its goals. Array team members joined together to participate in the NAMI Walks Your Way: A United Day of Hope in Illinois this past Saturday! Array donated on behalf of participants, supporting this amazing cause, raising awareness and providing resources to support Mental Health for All.
