The Latino, BIPOC, and Parents Affinity Groups are excited to host a Movie Night as a fun way for Array employee's to unwind and celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with their family and friends We created a list of suggested movies that are readily available on common streaming platforms and appropriate for various ages. Just pick the day/time and movie that works best for you and your family to participate in Movie Night! We encourage our employees to briefly discuss diversity and the importance of recognizing and celebrating various cultures with their children before watching the movie. Afterward, they can foster further discussion about the cultural elements of the movie. Our goal is to encourage exposure to and understanding of diversity so that the future adults in our lives can contribute to open, welcoming, and culturally humble communities. Some Movies We Recommend Include: Coco; Ferdinand; Xico's Journey; The Book of Life; McFarland, USA; Dora and the Lost City of Gold; Selena; Cesar Chavez; Vivo; Underwater Dreams; and In the Heights.

Tina has a unique ability to de-escalate complicated and volatile situations regarding high-risk clients, yet ensures that every person she encounters feels valued and respected. We are incredibly fortunate to have this dynamic individual on our Scheduled Care clinical team, and we are excited to celebrate her this month!
