Array's Training & Development Manager, Ivan Lochan, has made such as incredible impact here during his tenure. In addition to serving as Chief of Staff for our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee, he also oversees our Continuing Education Committee, all of Array’s Affinity Groups, near single-handedly launched and manages Relias, our Learning Management System, and organizes Clinician Community Events throughout the year. Ivan is “incredibly organized, and keeps us on task despite having an overwhelming amount to do.” He is truly embodies Array’s core values and provides support to teams and collaboration across the organization, provides valuable input and always does so with a positive attitude. He is polished, professional, and passionate about raising the bar!
Scheduled Care’s Hue “Julie” Lu, Advanced Practice Nurse, is our Featured Clinician for the month of July. Julie joined the Array clinical team back in the Spring of 2015 and has made a significant impact during her tenure with us. We consistently receive wonderful feedback from our partner site, Saginaw. This University of Texas graduate completed her RN with Texas and Tennessee Board of Nursing and received her ANCC in Psychiatric Mental Health for Adults and Children. Julie speaks highly of Array’s quick response to current events as well as the responsiveness of both our Administrative and Clinical Leadership teams, two aspects which make her proud to be a part of this team. She shares about her experience as a volunteer teacher in Hunan, China, in which she learned Mandarin and other local practices. She enjoys visiting national parks and hiking with her family, and grabbing exercise whenever she is able.
Array's Duewa “Dee” Johnson is Array's Employee in the Spotlight for the month of July! Among many things, Dee is celebrated for her maturity, consistency, dedication, and focus she has brought to the Medical Affairs team. Quoted from a colleague, “She is fun, a big ray of light and encouragement.” Dee loves implementing new partners, allowing her to leverage various skills and directly supporting Array’s growth. She describes herself as a “nomadic soul who loves music, traveling, and all things Caribbean” and enjoys listening to motivational music and lectures to support her own mental health and well-being. We love celebrating our employees and excited to be putting a well-deserved spotlight on Dee this month!
Array team members across the country proudly participated virtually in the APA Moore Equity in Mental Health 5K Walk, Run & Roll on Saturday, July 9th in support of increasing awareness and resources towards the Community Grants Program benefiting young people of color facing mental health challenges and the impacts of systematic racism. Sponsored by our BIPOC and Latino Affinity groups, Array was a top fundraiser for the event and raised over $1,300! It is a pleasure to announce our Featured Clinician for this month, OnDemand's Dr. David Hanrahan! Dr. Hanrahan was nominated by our Clinician Success Management team and has been amazing to work with. He truly goes above and beyond to support our hospital partners and the patients he serves. David has kept in contact with his peers from his residency program and chats with them on the regular while getting his daily walk, loves going on adventures with his wife and daughters, and enjoys house music!
Our Employee in the Spotlight this month is AtHome Care's Senior Clinician Success Administrator, Paula Lichardi! Paula joined Array in July of 2021 and has made an incredible impact on her team and those she supports. We recently received feedback and a nomination from one of our valued Clinicians that we were excited to share: "I think all the Clinician Success managers have been so very helpful, but Paula stands in a class all her own! She is somehow always readily accessible, no matter when I need her. I find Paula to be one of the most patient and pleasant teachers I've worked with. Plus she is kind, and oh so knowledgeable about this crazy system were working on."
AtHome Care’s Rhonda Schwindt, NP, is our Featured Clinician this month! We recently received heart-warming feedback from the parent of a consumer, stating "I'm no longer a desperate mother. I am no longer overwhelmed - I have someone in my corner. I love the services from Array." She truly goes above and beyond to support her consumers, so we are delighted to highlight her this month.
Array is honored to spotlight Accounting Manager, Patrick Flom, this month. Pat joined our Finance & Accounting team here at Array in October 2019, and continues to be an incredible asset. Nominated by peers for our Standing Ovation Award, Pat is always willing to help and has a great understanding of our accounting system and financial reporting. He is known as AtHome's ‘best kept secret’ and always helps with questions, problems and concerns related to Revenue and month end reporting. He is a pleasure to work with and very thorough.
This month, Array is excited to celebrate Danielle Olowoyo, our April Employee in the Spotlight! Dani joined us as a Clinician Success Manager in February of last year and has had such an incredible impact on the OnDemand team. She is known for her positivity and solutions-based responses, tackles every task fearlessly and is always willing to help others. She is supportive of her teammates, helps bridge scheduling gaps for the clinicians and has truly owned her role. She describes herself as an “ambivert” so loves to balance her time between socializing and spending time at home. A huge movie buff and foodie, Dani loves spicy foods and vegan ice cream. She has also re-discovered a love for taking care of plants and shares she spent a lot of her childhood growing up in London! Please join me in helping to celebrate Danielle this month!
