Fighting for LGBTQrights and to end discrimination and prejudice, Laura feels “the amount of energy a person puts into hiding who they are in order to avoid negative bias can weigh on them and prevent them from reaching their maximum potential. People should feel supported and appreciated both for being an effective member of a team AND for who they are as a person.”
As an HR Generalist, Deena Linn is actively involved in creating events that foster diversity and inclusion at Bosch Rexroth’s Bethlehem, PA facility. One highlight of her work - a National Coming Out Day event – enabled people to talk about the effects of being out in the workforce and feeling supported and respected by colleagues.
